These terms govern your use of JobGoblin and its services for creating CVs and cover letters. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. AI-generated content

JobGoblin uses artificial intelligence to help prepare job applications. The technology is probabilistic and automated.

• Your responsibility: You must review, fact-check and edit generated content before sending it to an employer.
• No guarantees: AI may produce inaccurate information. We are not responsible for errors in documents you submit.
• No employment guarantee: The service cannot guarantee interviews or employment.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your email account, password and sign-in links secure.

3. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe.

• One-time purchases: One-time application packages are charged once.
• Subscriptions: You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Digital delivery: Where permitted by law, you consent to immediate delivery when AI generation starts. Contact us within 14 days if the service has not been used.

4. Prohibited use

• Do not generate illegal, discriminatory or abusive content.
• Do not reverse-engineer, manipulate or overload the service.
• Do not create fraudulent profiles or applications.

5. Changes

We may update the service, prices and these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the product.
