Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how JobGoblin processes personal data in its AI-powered job application service.
1. Data we collect
- Account details, including your email address.
- Profile and application information that you enter or upload.
- Technical logs and usage information needed to operate and improve the service.
2. AI processing
Profile and job advert data is transmitted securely to AI providers such as OpenAI to generate requested content. API data is not used to train public models under our provider agreements.
3. Storage
Account data and generated documents are stored with Supabase. We retain data while your account is active or as required by law.
4. Service providers
- Supabase: database and authentication
- OpenAI / AI partners: content generation
- Stripe: payment processing
5. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data.
